www.mefly.com can assist you with amendments to most bookings but in some cases, you will need to contact the airline directly.

Every booking made on www.mefly.com is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which can vary by flight and booking class.

If you tend to amend your booking, you'll be charged only the difference in fare (if any), applicable when the amendment is actually formed. However, if the new fare is less than the first fare, the difference within the amount won't be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable are going to be collected.

In addition to the airline's amendment charges, www.mefly.com charges an amendment handling fee of AED.50/- (equiva- lent to USD13.5/-) per passenger.

We'll collect these charges from you once we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare (if any), applicable when the amendment is formed, apart from any amendment fees charged by the airline (if applicable). Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares might not be amended.

Every booking made on www.mefly.com is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which can vary by flight and booking class.

Some booked fares could also be non-refundable as per the precise airline's policy.

In addition to the airline's cancellation charges, www.mefly.com charges a service charge of AED.50/- (equivalent to USD13.5/-) per passenger per journey for all cancellations.

Only cancellation requests made through our customer support email, call centre or WhatsApp number shall be entertained. www.mefly.com shall not be responsible for any cancellation requests made through the other medium including (but not limited to) letter mail, social media, etc.

Online and mobile cancellations: We currently don't fully support online and mobile cancellations.

Offline cancellations: We currently only accept cancellation requests through our customer support email, call centre or WhatsApp number.

If your cancellation request is formed but 48 hours before departure, then you will need to contact our customer support team.

If you've got already checked in with the airline, whether at the airport or online or phone check-in (also referred to as a 'Web/Tele Check-in'), please get in-tuned with the airline for cancellation. www.mefly.com won't be ready to process the refund and can't take any responsibility for cancellations made directly between the passenger and therefore the airline.

For any cancellation made by you, that a refund is already processed and if it's found that you simply have actually used or made changes to the ticket on an equivalent PNR (Passenger Name Record) directly with the airline, www.mefly.com reserves the proper to debit your original mode of payment against the quantity which has been refunded to you.

The service charge charged at the time of booking is non-refundable, so it won't be refunded upon booking cancellation.

It is mandatory to contact www.mefly.com for all refunds because the airline won't be ready to refund tickets booked through www.mefly.com.

Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.

Refund for partially utilized tickets (for e.g.: just one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take 25 to 30 working days counting on the airline.

www.mefly.com shall refund your booking amount after deducting cancellation charges only after the respective airline or service provider processes your eligible refund.

Passengers got to sign up a minimum of 3 hours before flight departures, otherwise, they're going to be considered a no-show.

Ticket is Non-Refundable in case of No-Show.
