All tickets are subject so far change and cancellation penalties with the exception of some tickets being non-refundable but reusable later as per the principles of the airline. Partially or half-utilized tickets are non-refundable.
In cases where the customer is entitled to a full refund, a transaction-processing fee of AED 50.00 per ticket is going to be applicable.

Infant is defined as a traveller whose age must be under 24 months throughout the whole journey. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey then the infant fare wouldn't be applicable and you'll get to buy the ticket under applicable child fare.
A maximum of 1 infant is allowed to travel with each adult passenger. just in case of quite one infant traveling with one adult, the first infant would be charged the infant fare except for the second infant applicable child fare would be charged.
Few airlines don't allow children to travel alone (Unaccompanied Minors) or with an accompanying young adult (between 12 - 16 years of age). Before making any such booking, you're requested to possess it checked either with our customer care or with respective airlines.
You are requested to contact our customers to look after your date change and cancellation requests. we'll assist you as per your requirements but still, there could be few cases where we'll request you to contact the airlines directly.
In addition to the airlines' date change penalty, mefly charges a date change assistance service fee of AED 50.00 per passenger.
In addition to the stipulated airline cancellation fee, all airlines also will charge an RAF (Refund Admin Fee) of AED 50.00 per passenger per ticket.
Mefly will charge a service charge of AED 50.00 per passenger for all cancellations.
All bookings booked on mefly are subject to the cancellation penalty levied by the airlines.
In case of a full cancellation, refunds are going to be usually processed within 7 business days while just in case of partial cancellation, refunds might take up to 3 months' time to be processed.
There are times once we are unable to verify a reservation. within the rare event that this happens, we'll plan to reach you by phone and email in order that we will rebook you. you want to call us back within 48 hours to make sure that your booking is confirmed by us. Any change within the fare within the meantime shall be charged to you.
Before the onset of your aviation, please do make sure that you should possess all the valid and essential documents required for travel: passport, air tickets, valid VISA, health certificates, travel insurance, etc. Contact consulate/ airline for further details.
In case of cancellation, the amount purchased insurance is going to be non-refundable, this is often applicable only just in case if you've got booked insurance alongside ticket.
