HOW DO I CONTACT MEFLY?

HOW DO I KNOW MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?

You will surely receive an mefly.com Booking Confirmation email as soon as your booking is confirmed.
In case you do not receive an email you can view the current status of your booking by logging into our website. After logging in enter the mefly Reference number and click on "Check Booking Status."
If you have not received a confirmation email from us and cannot locate a successful transaction, please inform and contact us through our Live chat support system or email >support@mefly.com

IS THERE ANY NEED TO CONFIRM MY FLIGHT RESERVATION?

There is absolutely no need to confirm your reservation. If you do need any information, you can login to our website or call our customer care service team at our call-centre number provided above.

WHY HAVE I RECEIVED TWO CONFIRMATION EMAILS?

In case if your booking is on Flydubai, IndiGo, Tiger Airways, Air Asia or Scoot, we would like to email you a separate confirmation mail which will also serve as your E-Ticket. This means you will possess two confirmation emails, one from the mefly and one from the Airline.
Note: The airline booking reference is different from the mefly booking reference number. While checking your flight on the airline website, use only the airline confirmation number (PNR).

WHAT ARE THE MAXIMUM NUMBERS OF SEATS THAT I CAN BOOK?

A maximum number of total 9 seats can be booked at one time per customer. If you need to have a booking for more than 9 passengers at a time, please send us an email >support@mefly.com and it will be treated as a group.

HOW CAN I BOOK ONLINE WITH A SINGLE NAME?

mefly website mandates both of the first (given name) and the last (surname) during the booking process. You will be able to do so by repeating the name again on both the first and last name fields, followed- up with a call to our mefly service team immediately after booking online. Live chat with or customer care expert in order to amend the given name on the flight booking, so to reflect the correct single name as per your provided passport details. However, please note that to process similar name changes there may be some respective airline fees involved.

WHAT IS MY LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE & HOW CAN I PAY FOR EXTRA?

Cabin as well as checked-in baggage limit varies from airline to airline. Some airlines regulate baggage weight restrictions while others have unit quantity restrictions. Please do note that restrictions on the baggage apply to both checked-in bags as well as the cabin baggage for any excess luggage charges, please do contact your airline before traveling as this can vary widely between the carriers but is often cheaper if it is arranged in advance with the airline. Traveling within Asia: Some fares at most allow hand luggage. If you are planning to carry luggage that will not be able to fit in the overhead cabin, then you need a ticket that allows the checked baggage. Extra baggage can also be paid for at the airport but it is generally cheaper to pay for it at the time of booking. To check regarding what luggage allowance you have purchased, please do refer to your airline confirmation email if you are traveling with any other budget airline. During the process of booking, you will be able to select desired flight that includes checked baggage allowance. As well as carryon luggage or simply includes only the carryon luggage. If you are wishing to select a fare which includes checked baggage, please select the drop-down option on the website's booking page which clearly says 'Please select Baggage' option. If you have successfully completed your booking and selected "Carry On" bags only and now you wish to purchase the checked baggage allowance, then you need to call the airline directly to make the changes. Any questions regarding bulky items, sports equipment (bikes, golf clubs, surfboards, etc), or any vicious item, (chemicals, etc.) you will need to be taken up with the airline you are traveling with that to directly.

IF I AM TAKING A CONNECTING FLIGHT? DO I NEED TO CHANGE TERMINALS?

In most of the cases, you will need to change the terminals to board on your connecting flight. The terminals are often at quite some distance from each other and you all need to carry & set aside some extra time in hand to walk from one to another. Enquire about your terminal as soon as you arrive, as gate numbers and terminals can seldom change at the last moment.
